Former Tottenham Chairman Daniel Levy is believed to be in talks about selling his almost 30% stake in the ownership of Spurs, for approximately £1 billion, to a consortium including Hong Kong businessman Ng Wing Fai.
The consortium is comprised of Asian business tycoons.
